You can download INCHI-1-BIN.zip file from the website https://www.inchi-trust.org/downloads/ , just extract the file, no need to install. Draw your chemical structure in ChemDraw and save it as .mol file. This .mol file can be opened by Winchi-1 file (which will be obtained after extracting the zip file). This will give you InChI code. These InChI codes of your compounds along with biological activity should be given in separate file for Archiv der pharmazie journal.
