I need the enzyme list to be detailed enough to include the isozymes of a particular enzyme. For example in glycolysis, rather than "hexokinase", the list of enzymes would include "hexokinase-1", "hexokinase-2", "hexokinase-3", and "glucokinase".
Anyone know of a database or program that will allow me to do this for multiple metabolic pathways?
