I've been trying to model the resonance phenomenon of two beams with different natural frequencies. For example the first beams has first natural frequency of 40 Hz and the other beam with first natural frequency of 70 Hz. I've done frequency analysis for both beams. The important thing is that both of the beams are analysed in one model. In other words, the model I have prepared in Abaqus has two parts, named beam-1 with natural frequency of 40 Hz and beam-2 with natural frequency of 70 Hz.
The question is this: how can I apply a periodic pressure load with circular frequency of, let's say 40 Hz, and see the resonance of the beam-1?!

No need to use a periodic load. Smack the beams with a unit load, then take the FFT of the time response in the different directions (x, y, and z displacement, or velocity). The FFT will give you the resonant frequencies.
You could definitely run a time domain dynamic simulation like Kirk suggests or you could also look into using the STEADY STATE DYNAMICS procedure in Abaqus. It has been formulated to solve for the steady-state vibration response of structures when excited at a given frequency (you specify this in the step definition). You could apply a unit load and run the simulation over a sweep of frequencies to "see" the resonance.
Yes, run a frequency domain over the range of frequencyies covering the natural frequencies of your beams. You should see the resonances at natural frequencies.
