What is new about the uses of the supercapacitors in the field of renewable energies, what are their capacities currently available, I hope that you will help me in obtaining recent researches that include the modelling and equations used to represent the supercapacitor in the system.

Like an ordinary capacitor, a supercapacitor has two plates that are separated. The plates are made from metal coated with a porous substance such as powdery, activated charcoal, which effectively gives them a bigger area for storing much more charge. ... That means the plates can store more charge at a given voltage.
The energy density of supercapacitors pales against lithium ion batteries, the technology typically used today in phones and laptops. ... For that purpose, supercapacitors can replace batteries entirely on hybrid buses, while all-electric buses require fewer batteries.
Similarly we can use it for hybrid systems integrated with renewable energy resources to enhance the efficiency of entire system by storing energy and mitigate the losses.

Hybrid supercapacitors are the devices with elevated capacitance and elevated energy storage capability. They have fetched much limelight due to their tendency of combining the properties of their components (EDLC and pseudocapacitor)
