I am studying and doing research on the solar cell with different nanoparticles using SCAPS-1D for simulation. Can I model spherical, conical and cylindrical shape nanoparticles in SCAPS-1D?
SCAPS-1D is a one-dimensional solar cell simulation program. it is used to perform electrical stimulation for solar cells with a layer structure in 1D. So, you can't use it to model 2D, or 3D structures.
