Hi,

I'm currently trying to study shock tube analysis on fluent and I have modelled a shock tube with a driver section (high-pressure) and a driven section (low pressure). What I want to study is the effect of the length and the effect of the diameter of the shock tube on temperature and pressure inside the tube. It all goes well when both the driver and driven sections are modelled as air but what I am trying to model is 2 different gases, hydrogen in the driver section and air in the driven section with an open end to the atmosphere. So basically I am trying to model a reservoir with hydrogen that has a sudden release into the atmosphere and I want to see what happens inside the tube, pressure and temperature-wise but I can't seem to get it to work, can someone help me?
