How can I model a patch antenna with a gain of 9dbi at 5.8GHz using the phased.CustomAntennaElement system object in phased array toolbox of MATLAB 2014a. I have read the documentation but dont get it right. How do I specify length,width,etc, and calculate gain.

Perhaps a simple example will help.
