I am trying to add White Mineral Oil and IsoParaffinic Hydrocarbon Solvent with water and i am always getting the milky white layer formed on top the water.
Below emulsifiers i have tried with:
Soya Lecithin
Ploysorbate 20
Glycerin
Alfox200
Added White Mineral Oil(20%) and Iso Paraffinic Hydrocarbon Solvent(3%) and mixing with above any of the emulsifiers and then water forms the milky white layer on top of the water.
Please advise, how to achieve the homogeneous liquid

this seems to be the most simple task of emulsification treated in almaost all colloid chemistry books as example, please check and read!
Andras Kovacs It must be simple. As i am from non chemical background, it is taking time to understand what is causing the issue. Please share any articles or emulsifier names whih can help me?

YES, you have to learn basics of emulsifgication and surfactant action. Then you can choose the most suitable surfactants (surface active compounds) to achieve homogenous emulsion.
