i'm working on producing ozone gas by corona discharge
my first question is :
how can i measure the ozone generated? does it have a formula depended on voltage and the gap between dielectric and electrode?
and my second question :
what material of electrode is preferred considering the high power of ozone oxidation and exposing of electrode?
and my third question is :
what kind of dielectric is suggested?glass-pyrex-quarts-ceramic....
and my final question is :
what kind of air pump do you suggest?now on i'm using aquarium pump as my generator is tube shaped but the power of aqua pump is not satisfying and it's not worth the price i'm planning to make one by pc fan .
it would be my pleasure to have your ideas .

actually i would say no , because i was looking for a formula to measure the ozone gas depending on voltage and the gap between dielectric and electrode so i couldn't find my answer
thus i tried to research on it by trial and errors so i tested different materials of dielectrics and put them in a wide range of gap between them
for this purpose I had to measure ozone density in the air
i found two solutions:
1-use ozone detectors
pros and cons:
pros: convenient
cons : weak accuracy ـ so expensive
i should add that most of them can only measure in liquids so i couldn't find any which can do it in air
2-make ozone detector
well i ran a project to make an ozone detector using mq131 sensor and arduino uno board
pros and cons :
pros : so cheap _ measures ozone in the air
cons : electrical engineering and programming knowledge is needed
so i can offer you to do one of these option
1-buy ozone detector (in the air not aqua)
2- make ozone detector
honestly i don't understand what you mean from zero gas it would sounds good if you clarify that
