I am applying Archard model to calculate the quantitative wear during rubbing interaction of steel and copper at high temperature. I would like to know how to calculate or measure the value of wear coefficient in Archard's model between steel and copper material at high temperature.

Dear Pankaj, Your question is confusing. You measure wear by analyzing the samples used on a wear experiment. You calculate or estimate wear by using a formula. K is a dimensionless constant that is usually very specific to the system being used. If you are performing an experiment, you should have the other parameters in the formula and derive "K". You could find from literature some information about K for Steel against Cooper but you will be very lucky to find the similar system of interest, so any calculation using a K from literature should be consider very approximate. If you are performing experiments, I recommend following Horst Czichos's approach (Design of Friction and Wear Experiments chapter in ASM Handbook Vol 18 and Basic Tribological Parameters chapter, also in the same Handbook).
