After going through some papers, I found that the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometric (LC-MS) is a good way for analysis of NA, but I have no access to LC-MS. Would you please suggest me another way for measure of NA?
Do you think, I can measure NA with GC-MS?

Dear Sir. Concerning your issue about the measurement of nicotianamine (NA) concentration . Yes, it is possible to detect nicotinamide with a Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) (Jacobson, Dame, Pyrek & Jacobson, 1995) or any other GC/MS. The purpose of this study is to measure ADP-ribosylation activity using GC/MS by detecting the liberated nicotinamide. By derivatizing the nicotinamide, the detection limit was lowered to 0.5 ng/µl. Control measurements of ADP-ribosylation activity by a cholera toxin protein found low levels of nicotinamde contamination. Nicotianamine is a metal-chelating molecule ubiquitous in higher plants.[1] Biochemically, it is synthesized by the enzyme nicotianamine synthase, which uses three molecules of S-adenosylmethionine.
Nicotinamide, also known as niacinamide,[2][3] NAA, and nicotinic amide, is the amide of nicotinic acid (vitamin B3 / niacin)
Are you believe, I can use GS-MS for analysis of nicotianamine, nevertheless their difference?
