I have sample of antibody conjugated iron oxide nanoparticles, and the amount is too low to make in a pellet form. And I don't want to use KBr and also I don't want to measure in a dispersion. So would it be possible to dry on aluminum foil and measure the sample? If so, I would like to know how can I dry; temperature, time and environment. Thank you!

Probably you can try ATR-FTIR (Attenuated total reflection FTIR) modality to obtain the IR absorption spectrum for your sample. The ATR-FTIR modality doesn't necessarily require a pellet form of your sample, just a small amount of sample in powdered/granule form is good enough (if you can make a thin film by solvent casting etc., that's even better.) Personally, I have never tried obtaining IR spectra using Aluminum foil before but literature shows Al/low-E Al works just fine (Anal. Methods, 2016, 8, pp 481, doi:10.1039/c5ay02638e). Since, your sample contains conjugated antibodies, I would prefer lyophilizing (freeze drying) the samples rather than heating them. However, I am not sure if the freezing process affects/alters your antibody (protein) structure.
In any case, if you are interested in performing the FTIR analysis primarily to check if the conjugation of the antibody to the iron oxide particles was successful (like any particular conjugation bond etc.), you should be able to see the peak (given the conjugation chemistry worked).

If you want to dry it, just let to evaporate single drops (about 10 and 10 microlitres each time) at room temperature. Let us know if you get the antibody signals by FTIR.
You can use freeze drying to evaporate the solvent. Then you get a dried powder which is subjected for IR ananlysis
I think ATR (Attenuated Total Reflection)-FTIR is suitable for you. You can take readings directly neither mixing nor pelletelize the sample.
