How can i measure emissivity for particular temperature and wavelength?

Respected All.

I have to calculate the emissivity of steel for different wavelengts at different temperatures.

I need a formula of emissivity calculator which only depends upon wavelength and temperature.

please help me out.

I found a formula that is good for 300 nm to 800 nm, but I want to calculate the 1064 nm range.

please help me out.
