How can I match the mesh?

How can I match the mesh, on specific nodes with defined coordinates. In the other words, I have some nodes with defined coordinates; I want my mesh match with this nodes. The point is specific nodes are numerous so I cant partition the model and also I want mesh only that points. I want give the coordinates to abaqus and mesh the model with that coordinates. Do you know any way to do this?
