I studied the article "A quantum image encryption algorithm based on the Feistel structure." In this article, Author proposed the Feistel structure with a complex round function and proposed the quantum circuit diagram of each round function. I was trying to understand how can they proposed this, but I couldn't. If someone helps me, it will be beneficial for me.
