I am modelling a bridge which has different dect section requirements other than provided by the CSI Bridge software.
So How to make custom dect section in csi bridge??
Actually I am making a model containing the sub structure and superstructure.
But unless we select the deck section alrealy given in the CSI Bridge the bridge object menu is not getting activated and hence Iam not able to define the substructure properties like abutment,springs,bents etc.
So how do I get create substructure if I don't use the deck sections given in CSI Bridge.

Every software does not have all capabilities. Maybe trying Autodesk Structural Bridge Design can be an alternative for the case you said. You can try it for 30 days and see if it fulfills your needs.

How about going to section designer in SAP2000? there you can draw the whole lot of section you want.
