statistical analysis with microsatellite data markers
You can do it in R after extracting the raw values from the xml output file. I can share the script i use if you want.

To make graphs within Arlequin :
Make RcmD button in Arlequin active, by downloading.
Than take output in Xml format and immediately after press RcmD for making the graphs.
These graphs will appear within result folder , that is .res folder, in a sub-file as graphs.
