How can I make a decorative 2d graphene structure crystal in a software?

So I tried to make a cif file of Agnp decorated graphene structure but could not find any suitable software to do that. So please give me a suggestion on making this structure and which software is the best fit for that.

My DISCUS program allows to simulate any type of structure, which can then be exported into a CIF file via the plot section in the program.

Keep in mind that CIF is designed to describe atoms within a single unit cell only.

Admittedly DISCUS is not really easy to use...
