Hello. I am trying to self learn the usage of r in genetical analysis. Can anyone tell me structure of .csv file which can be read in R from where I can start learning various executions in "Genetics" package of R. A hypothetical example would be highly appreciated.

Look, this might come in handy. There's an R source code and the data (the .csv you're interested in getting familiar with) for six genotypes of a study on the influence of genetic variations on plants' life cycles. (https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.nv0p1)
I'm sure there are tons of other (not hypothetical as you asked, but real) data sets you can choose from in Mendeley Data (https://data.mendeley.com). That is one fantastic place to look for exactly what you need.

csv stands for comma separated values. So make your file with the values separated by comma. It is likely that you can save your data as such, and if you want to use characters other than commas R can handle this. You don't say the current format of your data, so I can't be more specific.
