I am trying to assess the capacity of clinical research sites and organizations in West Africa to conduct vaccine trials. I have designed a questionnaire, but i need to get a listing of these organizations with contact details. Online clinical trial registries have provided some details but they are very scanty. Also, it excludes those sites that have not been actively conducting or registering clinical trials online, but which, with a little push can be fully functional centers.
Can anybody PLEASE offer suggestions?

Dear Kolawole, I know that there is a local network for conducting clinical trials in West Africa (http://www.edctp.org/networks-excellence/). You should try to contact the administrator of that organization. All the best!
Thanks a lot for the inputs. Basically, I am drawing up a questionnaire to assess how feasible it is to conduct vaccine trials in these clinical research institutes. my initial hunch was to visit clinicaltrials.gov and select sites from west Africa that have been active in clinical trials over the past 6 years, but reckon I may miss out on those institutions that needs just a little push to become competent trial centers.
