I am confused by your question and not sure what exactly you are asking. Are you asking about how to obtain the supernatant from a cell culture that did, or might, kill bacteria? Did this supernatant fluid also inhibit fungal growth in the cell culture or when added to a fungal culture? At least it seems like you are seeking information on some chemical/ingredient that is antimicrobial in function and would need to be isolated to identify and test.
Cellular supernatant is from an organism that I experimented with as a colony, killing a large proportion of human and plant pathogens, and also environmental isolates that I did not expect. Then I planted it in the broth medium I got Cellular supernatanta of it. The question is how can I determine the exact active substance that led to the killing and then extracted and purified ???
