I have a Raman Spectra of Alumina and 3Y-TZP sintered around 1500 C. The Raman Spectra is showing few small peaks above 1000 cm-1 and one peak around 1650 cm-1. As most literature does not illustrate the Raman spectra above 900cm-1, please could someone suggest what these peaks are corresponding to?

These must be Raman-active electronic transitions excited by the laser you are using for excitation. These materials cannot have phonons above, say, 600 cm-1.
