I want to interpret my XRD data of silver nanoparticles that showing their crystalline nature but I am unable to find 2theta values beyond 40 degrees. Please help with your valuable feedback
Your question is not clear. What is the scan range for 2-theta? If there is any peak beyond 2-theta=40 degree, you can certainly obtain that from plot. There is no need for any interpretation.
From the xrd data retrieved are phase....as crystalline nature gives certain scattering events....amount of crystal structure in total...stress nd strain etc...but out of that basic is peak matching nd identify the phase and its parameters...so if peak matches with jcpds ...results are ok
