If you need to do that, you will probably be better off with something like TOPAS, which is built on top of Geant4 and can do exactly that:

On the downside, you'll have to pay (I think about $US800), but it is excellent software and well worth the investment (you get full non-redistributable source code). They just finished the beta testing period and it will be available commercially very soon.
Failing that, you'll probably need to code up something yourself :-)
One possible way - if your CAD software supports it - is to export the geometry as a GDML (Geometry Description Markup Language) file, then import that into Geant4. Details on GDML are here:
