Hi,
Anyone has a step by step instruction on how to install autodock plugin in pymol? I am using the windows version of pymol. In particular, what shall I do after I download the autodock_plugin.py? I tried to install it via the pymol plugin manager, but got an error " Plugin "autodock_plugin" has been installed but initialization failed ". Does this .py install autodock automatically? I don't want to do it manually, anyone could help me? Thanks:)

Install latest version of Pymol (like EduPyMOL-v1.7.4.4-Win64.msi) and go plugin ---> plugin manager----->install new plugin----> choose file (autodock.py)-----> install
restart your pymol.
That's it.
I tried here and it is working. Try to start from the beginning. Download latest version of pymol and install.
i also faced same problem during installation of pymol to my windows OS.
I will try it by beginning.

I am getting a problem when I select the grid setting and generate receptor option in autodock vina plugin for pymol.
In Grid setting

I troubleshooted the error during the generation of the receptor in the autodcok vina pymol plugin.
In the scripts and program paths of the plugin, for the AutoDockTools, set the below given path with following: /dist-packages/Pmw/Pmw_1_3/
so finally it should be smiliar to this:
/home/user/MGLTools-1.5.7/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Pmw/Pmw_1_3/lib/AutoDockTools/Utilities24

I was having the same error. I fixed this in the following ways,
Open Pymol > Go to "Plugin" > Select "Plug-in manager" > Go to "Install New Plugin" > Go to the text box for URL > Paste the link "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Pymol-Scripts/Pymol-script-repo/master/plugins/autodock_plugin.py" > Click on "Fetch" > It will show installed > Now restart the application > Go to "Plugin" > You will see "Autodock/Vina plugin".
