Responsivity is a measure of the electrical output per optical input.
What type of device structure will you plan to do? Photodiode or photoresistor?
By changing the morphology via self-assembly from a planar thin film to a nanowire mesh mesostructure
dear Xuhua Wang ,
I am looking forward for opto-electronic/ plasmonic devices.
Dear S Kalaiselvan Sir,
Can you explain more precisely?
We need more information for above question
Intrinsic responsivity of graphene is quite small i.e unwanted for its application as detector, so what are the ways to increase its responsivity?
As far as I know, we can make graphene based heterostructures or patterned structures to achieve this.
Dear Mukesh,
Do you make a photodetector based on graphene as a hole injector/transport or conductor? What is the device structure which is crucial to the sensitivity of a photodetector?
Xuhua
