Intrinsic responsivity of graphene is quite small i.e unwanted for its application as detector, so what are the ways to increase its responsivity?

As far as I know, we can make graphene based heterostructures or patterned structures to achieve this.

Dear Mukesh,

Do you make a photodetector based on graphene as a hole injector/transport or conductor? What is the device structure which is crucial to the sensitivity of a photodetector?
