Can anyone tell me how to increase ozone gas using corona discharge method,& which dielectrics are prefered (quartz,glass,ceramics),and how to send pure oxygen for better ozone generation.I used flyback transformer for high voltage.
There are quite a few good papers concerning ozone generation, I'd lok for the following authors: U. Kogelschatz, ABB or Gerhard Pietsch, University Aachen.
The stuff is not trivial.

You can increase the ozone gas generated by using the corona discharges as the following.
1- Use negative dc voltage with slow flow rate of oxygen or dry air.
2- Use positive square pulses with slow flow rate of oxygen or dry air.
To produce ozone, you can feed your generator with air or pure oxygen. You can increase ozone dose by decrease flow rate of oxygen incoming into generator.
To send pure oxygen into the generator, you can use medical oxygen tube filled 100% oxygen.

Level of ozone obtained from a generator can be increased by two main way. One of these is to reduce oxygen flow into generator while other way is to use more powerfull ozone generator which have got higher voltage. I guess you had regulated oxygen flow that is feeding to the generator. For this purpose, you have to reduce oxygen flow as possible as. You had already done this. But still, you can not obtain high level of ozone that you want. In this case, you have one option that to get more powerfull generator than current one. Therefore, it may be needed that you buy industrial generator in order to get high level of ozone.
I have also same problem about to get more much ozone levels. So, I am going to do same things which I suggest you. Medical ozone genarator is very expensive, but you can find cheap one by internet.
