It's exactly what the title says. We are currently implementing the P-AlGaN HEMT structure through the SILVACO simulation program. Through this, I try to lower the off current to 100㎀/㎛ and increase the on current to more than 600㎂/㎛, but the value is messed up. What should I do? The code is attached below.
