Dear all,
As I am planning to get an RNA sequence synthesized, I am wondering how can I get it synthesized in a helical confirmation. It is one stretch of RNA which makes a helical conformation but the bases are not throughout complimentary to each other. E.g. if I have a stretch of 34 bases, it folds in such a manner that it has maximum 10 base pair formation, rest is loosely acquiring the helical confirmation.
I am not sure if I am addressing my problem correctly. The helical structure of this RNA stretch is well reported in literature and quite conserved.
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Best,
