I did flash chromatography to my isoflavonoid extract, however, the separation result was not as I expected. I use methanol as eluent. My gradient was from time 0-2 (0% MeOH), from time 2-10 the MeOH keep increase until reach 100%.
the threshold of the UV detector was 0.2 (the lowest from the instrument). Anyone have experience with it?
