Hello, you can indeed use the different reports (MS Word, HTML and RichText) to get the data. The other way is to activate/select the different panes, like the Peak List pane (for the Bragg peaks, HKL etc) in HighScore(Plus) then right-click and click "Copy List". You can then paste all the listed data from the Clipboard into MS Word or MS Excel, for example.
Another popular way to export refinement results is the CIF format.
You can simply save all the refinement results into a readable (ASCII) CIF file by going File => Save as.. and selecting "Crystallographic Information File (*.CIF)" as Save as type.
