Hello, I am studying PEDOT:PSS for developing sensor in my collage. I want to get PEDOT:PSS film with high conductivity using EG and triton X-100. I saw various papers for making my solution, they told that PEDOT:PSS with triton X-100 needs to be mixing 'vigorously'.
so, I have been tried to mixing solution in various rpm, various time. even overnight.
But I can't get a high conductivity than EG+PEDOT:PSS (no Triton X-100 ).
So I have some question, 1. What 'vigorously' mean is? / 2. Are there some conditions to get a right solution, If I use a Triton X-100?

For PEDOT:PSS 1-3% aqueous solution add 2-4% Triton X-100 and 5% DMSO for doping. Make the film thicker than 100nm (more than 200 nm is better). After annealing at 60–140 ° C (1–5 min), remove the PSS in alcohol (methanol or ethanol). The deposition of one more film will slightly increase the conductivity by filling the pores.

Could I measure better conductivity at different triton X-100 ratios depending on my experimental environment? Or I missed something wrong..?
For example, at TX-100 1 wt%, I measured the best performance. How could I think about this result?
And I really thank you if you would recommend some papers that suggest using TX-100 2~4 wt%?

The main purpos of TX-100 is for wetting the surface to which you are going to apply PEDOT: PSS. Without it or any other surfactant such as SDS it is sometimes impossible to obtain a film like on HF treated Si.
