Dear colleagues,

I work in a private company, which is serving labs. One of our customer has a serious problem with contamination in the real-time pcr. First contamination was detected in February in all negative controls and negative patients (total contamination). All lab was carefully cleaned with bleach more than ones. All pipettes were opened and were placed under UV. All these mentioned facts didn't

help. Also pcr room was washed including walls, all surface and laminar boxes. Unfortunately, contamination still exist, however in the lower concentration. And we cannot find where it comes from.

Kindly ask you to comment this issue, your expert view very important for us.

P.S. Lab has been existing for 10 years, pcr has the same staff.

Before this issue they have never met such kind of problems.

DNA tests without contamination.
