How can i get nonsporulating bacterial bacillus subtillis strain Δ spoIIE without antibiotic growth conditions ?
This ΔspoIIE::erm strain is showing growth conditions with antibiotic erythromycin , but I need wildtype Δ spoIIE without antibiotic growth conditions. Can I order only Δ spoIIE strains if yes then please suggest.

If you have the erm cassette inserted into spoIIE, it will be a good marker for that allele. But you do not need to grow in the presence of erythromycin for making cultures. It is not a plasmid but a stable mutation in the chromosome so you don't need to maintain selective pressure.
However if you want a Δ spoIIE strain without an erm cassette then just ask some other labs, they have been made and are available.
