*Can I get LST in Kelvin from Landsat 8 collection-2 Level-2 from band 10 directly without further processing (after multiplying by factors provided by USGS)?
*same for NDVI, I used B4 & B5 directly. is that right?
* another question, if I want to extract the Agriculture area using the LST/NDVI. is there a known threshold for that?

Dear Hadeel Abdelhamid ,
normalized bands RED (#4) and NIR (#5) from Landsat 8 OLI will give you NDVI.
In case you are studying the trends in your vegetation cover, you don't need to do any further pre/processing.
You can also use Leaf Area Index (LAI) for your study.
But if you want to explore the exact types of agricultural products, NDVI is not a good measure.
NDVI only gives you an idea of either expansion of your vegetated area, increase or decrease in the greening of your area which can be categorized as drought under some conditions.
In one study you might encounter results which suggest significant increasing trend of vegetation cover is associated with increasing trend of LST and vise versa.
Observed NDVI could be affected by handful of variables such as LST, net radiation, type of vegetation, precipitation, runoff, evapotranspiration, overall dominant climate, etc.
About the threshold:
NDVI values greater than 0.6-0.7 denote very dense and green vegetated area for instance. Values greater than 0.2-0.3 were often considered and analyzed in the literature.
