I’m using the expholiation method to produce GNP. I do electrolysis with Graphite electrodes in Sodium Sulphate solution.
After that, I clean the dispersion and filter it with a Bunchner funnel.
In the end, I get a black liquid with what I guess are GNP dispersed in water.
But I would like to get the G powder, so...Is there any way to do it? Do I necessarily need a freeze dryer to do it?

You can try to use vacuum filtration method. We've used it to produce CNT buckypapers and it works pretty well, it might be interesting for your purpose. Check this paper for more information:

About vacuum filtration, I don´t really know what you mean. As I said, I´m using a Büchner funnel and a little vacuum pump. What I get is a black wet paste over the filtration paper. If I let it dry or if I get it inside the oven, it will become a stone. I think this is because of the "re-stacking" property of the resulting material.
So do you mean any other type of vacuum filtration? Am I missing anything?

You've used vacuum filtration, my mistake. Have you tried different cleaning solutions/dispersants to avoid re-stacking? Try NMP solvent.
