To study basic knowledge i suggest Grossman's Cardiac Catheterization, Angiography, and Intervention book. Its good to start learning - and quite enough to start training in Cath Lab

One more suggestion - if you need just study angiograms - you can go to the nearest Cath Lab and after official permission study angiograms and compare your notices with official description
