On pump CABG having distict advantages over Off CABG because patients maintain stable hemodynamic and distal anastomosis are performed in better way than off pump surgery. Definitely Off pump surgeries is cost effective than on pump surgeries as totally devoid of pump related complications. Proven advantage of on pump beating surgery over off pump surgeries in term of above advantages described.

I agree with your answer. But I was looking for any RCTs or Observational studies or meta-analysis that found enough powered evidence in favour of On-pump CABG over off-pump?
