If you right click on the result node then you will see three options of 1D 2D and 3D plot groups. Depending on your structural parameters you can chose the plot group and then further right clicking on the group node select Global plot. Now in this global plot node there is a column for x-data and y-data. You can select which parameter you would like to plot if it is calculated by your simulation.
