How can I get a PSD plot of scope data obtained by simulation of a model in SIMULINK?

I have simulated quarter car suspension model for sine wave for 5 sec. and I got sprung mass accelerations and displacement in scope in Simulink.

I save that data in workspace now which command will be useful to plot PSD plot.
