with omnet++ we have an other full protocol called inet-manet, where all the OSI layer are implented, so, you can compare the MAC protocol of inatmanet with the one your have designed.

Thanks for such a quick reply. But the thing is that MAC protocol for Cognitive Radio Networks is a different aspect than that in MANET.
