Abhijeet Singh thank you for answering my question, it makes me feel good to get feedback from website. Indeed, I don't know that, but can a library contain all membrane proteins? I have found a cDNA library include about 1800 membrane proteins from all human tissue, but it doesn't match my experiment best, so I want a new way or library, but I didn't find more......so I'm here to get some advice.

You can learn about yeast random display technology and phage display technology, both of which can be used for your experimental purpose. If you need technical support, and I know that Creative Biostructure may have related services. I have worked with them before, I feel good, you can try.
