How can I generate 100 bootstrapped matrices of pairwise Fst from DNA sequence data?

I have a data set of DNA sequences from 15 populations. I’d need 100-1000 matrices of pairwise Fst-values, in order to carry out a BARRIER analysis. Is there any software or solution to produce these kind of matrices?
