If the questions are dichotomous use Chi square or Fisher exact test. If You use Likert scale, use Mann-Whitney test. the number of ties tells you the number of similarities. If there was no significant difference between the two, check if the number if similarities are about the one half of your sample. This check ensures the results.

By the way, if your questions are dichotomous, use One Sample Runs Test to check the samplings of two groups as if they gathered randomly.
Dear Muhammad, as Tamer explained, there is two groups with ordinal scale (Quality), I'm afraid ANOVA works, however, ANOVA and T-test are robust methods.
