If I have a paper in specific field and I want to publish it in a good conference, how can I search about these conference Where, When, Acceptance ratio,....
Dear Abdel rahman, This is what I meant: Internet. Obviously you can create alerts, you can browse journals on your interest topic who are signaling periodically the major scientific events, you can browse sites of different universities worldwide. Logging on them in turn creates automatic E-mail feed with conference alerts etc etc.

Normally some conference consolidator web site like the one suggested by Tylor would be useful. I am giving another one that would be useful. Alternatively the professional societies will have a service that provides this information. I am giving the link for IEEE here.
I think it is important to be on RG for you, as for me, in the last two years I obtained a lot of excellent information and established solid professional contacts.
