"Hspice Libraries"

Hello
I need some valid HSPICE libraries in different technologies such as 0.12um, 0.18um, 0.25um and 0.35um. I would be grateful if you could provide such libraries for me.
I have to mention that I need these libraries for simulation and verification of Corner Analysis.
Any help would be appreciated.

Very good question. To my understanding foundries keep their models very close to their chests and in order to get access to anything even remotely hinting towards the nature of their process development you need to sign non-disclosure agreements with them etc.
As such I'm only aware of components manufacturers that provide SPICE models of their amplifiers and whatnot. However, I might be wrong there. I vaguely remember that when I was an undergrad we had MOSIS models for an old CAD tool called 'Electric', but we got those off the university intranet so I'm not sure how they got access to them.
Anyway, my first port of call would be to check the foundries' websites and then try contacting them... If you find a better way please do let us all know!

I think these libraries attached are not a good choice actually for corner analyses! I recommend you to utilize libraries such as this one:

How can we find the academic version of HSPICE libraries?
Are they free to access?
In my opinion, we can class all technologies into 2 categories. One for education and one for industry. For education, all of technologies are okay; however, you should use MOSIS that Mr. Serb mentioned before. The reason here is that it is used in the book of Analog CMOS IC Design which is very popular. Secondly, for engineering, the HSPICE models are given at a specific process. You should be aware of this problem because if you design and then bring to the manufacture for fabrication, you must use the process that the foundry gave you before. If you have any question, don't hesitate post here.
I am trying to add a Discete device model file in HSPICE. But these below lines are giving error for G11 and E12 lines. Can anyone tell me, how can i write these? Thanks
