How can I find out the sequence of active site of a gene?

I need to find out sequence of active site of phospholipase C gene. I want to investigate the association of phospholipase C gene polymorphism with heart disease.

Please help me.

I advise you to conduct a case-control study. You must achieved sequencing of phospholipase C gene of at least 30 individuals suffering from heart disease, and 30 individuals free of heart disease. Individuals in the study of each batch must be unrelated. Sampling of each individual must be carried out after a very rigorous questionnaire.
