I need to find metals, plastics or metal alloys that have a specific Vickers scale hardness scores.
I'm not aware of any existing web sites and tools that could aid me in searching for this data, if you are, please reference it down below. The Vickers harness scores I'm interested in are as follows [kg/mm^2]: 61, 157, 315, 535, 817, 1161 and 1367 kg/mm^2.
If someone did a research paper on subject regarding this question of mine, please recommend it to me so i can view it. Help will be much appreciated.

Hardness of metals and metallic alloys usually has a range of values depending on its condition/temper. Pure metals in highly annealed condition shows the lowest values; alloying and cold deformation, heat treatment can be used to tailor the hardness values. Publications normally will not deal with so large range of hardness (as you require) as it will require different types of materials. For example, 61 kg/mm2 value corresponds to ~187 VHN which you can get using AA7010-T6 material.
You can consult ASM Metals Handbook vol 1 (ferrous alloys) and vol 2 (non-ferrous alloys) to get a material-temper-hardness correlation for huge array of alloys.
Alternatively, use standard reference blocks of your desired hardness values as Dr Santosh suggested (of course, this option is going to be fairly expensive!!!)

as first, I suggest to have a reference at ASTM E92 - 17, Standard Test Methods for Vickers Hardness and Knoop Hardness of Metallic Materials that you can find at: https://www.astm.org/Standards/E92.htm
This specification applies to the determination of Vickers hardness of metallic materials using an applied force from 1 kgf. to 120 kgf. Part B is applicable to the verification of the Vickers hardness testing machines. And, part C is in reference to the calibration of standardized test blocks.
