For example: I recently downloaded a nice freeware (SeeMS) to visualize spectral data from Thermo's .RAW files.
However, I cannot work with data processing from home, as only PCs at the lab are licensed to use XCalibur, and no other freeware seem to extract data from these files in the same way I do with XCalibur. The most basic processing I am used to do is generating a mass vs. intensity table to work with Excel and multivariate data analyses software.
Can anyone help me with a freeware with these resources?

As far as I remember, You can convert .raw files to .cdf files using XCalibur (again, if I remember, it is in the Tools -> File converter in the menu bar). The converted files can be opened in, for example, AMDIS32, that is free (or at least was free when I used it). This format (cdf) is quite popular, so perhaps it can be used in even the software that You have mentioned.
Proteowizzard or MasMatrix MS data file conversion tool also works to turn files to MzXML and that can work well on MZMine2 or can use MSDial after conversion to abf file. These both have good online tutorials for data processing.
I use mzMine to directly open and analyze Thermo RAW files. Not sure if this will work with your application?
I install openchrom. However, it doesn't support thermo raw. Do you know a raw converter for MAC.
Thank you all for the responses. Unfortunately my version of XCalibur is quite old, and it doesn't have the option Albert pointed out.
I'll keep trying other freewares, though! ;-)
I don't kown why, but mzmine work perfectly on PC compare to mac. the mac version can't convert or open thermo raw.
