dendroscope is fine for this purpose. 

A couple of things:

1. You are using an old version of Mega.  It is on version 7 right now.

2. Having said that, all versions of Mega allow you to save your tree in Newick format.  This is a standard format that most programs can read trees in.  I haven't used Phylip in a while but I'd be surprised if it cannot read Newick formatted trees.
